Especially the further into the past we go, it might not be that likely that someone has a special pair of shoes for going into the water. The Doe Network profile lists the victim as a male between the ages of 21 and 35, 5'9" to 6'0" tall, and probably weighed about 190 pounds. In spite of the few remains which were found, the medical examiner was able to pull together an unusually specific profile for what the victim may have looked like.
